Since so many of you have asked for an EASY way to eat
Moringa leaves, we thought we would make something we
rarely eat. What could be easier? Just make macaroni and cheese
either from scratch, or from a packaged mix, and when it is all finished
and ready to eat, stir in fresh Moringa leaves. The heat that is still in
the macaroni and cheese will slightly wilt and soften the Moringa
leaves, and there you have a very, very simple way to eat Moringa!
