INGREDIENTS:
Another very, very simple dish, loaded with nutrition. We have eaten quinoa for over
20 years, and love its taste and how easy it is to fix. Simply boil quinoa until it is soft.
While it is cooking, we usually add olive oil or butter to it, and Mrs. Dash and garlic salt or fresh garlic. When it is finished cooking, and the grains are soft and plump, we garnish it with freshly picked Moringa Stenopetala leaves. You could also stir the
leaves into the cooked quinoa, let them wilt a few minutes, and serve!
