INGREDIENTS:
Freshly picked Moringa Oleifera leaves
Freshly picked Moringa Stenopetala leaves - lots of them
Olive oil and/or butter
Several minced fresh garlic cloves or garlic salt
Sea salt and/or whatever spices you like
This is one of our favorite ways to eat Moringa leaves!
Do NOT overcook them - just sauté them until they wilt, and turn bright green!
