SALMON QUINOA 
PATTIES 
INGREDIENTS:
These were great! 
We had cooked quinoa on hand, so we mixed it with 2 eggs, two cans of 
boneless salmon, mayonnaise, wheat germ, garlic, celery, onions, fresh Moringa 
leaves, Worchestershire sauce, and sea salt. We formed the mixture into patties, 
and pan-fried them on the range, until they were light brown. 

The little things that look "bubbly" in the photo, are grains of quinoa!
